Domestic: In autumn of 2023 JT Developments built for us a single-storey side extension, containing kitchen, utility and bathroom. The construction needed to be accurate and precise because of space constraints. The work was completed with never a compromise on workmanship, and the materials used were of quantity and quality that always met or exceeded specifications. Work was conducted in a convivial way without loud radios, or coarse language. During every phase, the work was explained to us with limitless patience and understanding. Opportunities to improve on the original design were identified as construction progressed; e.g. sill heights and window openings were set out not in strict accordance with the plans, but with due regard regulations and to optimising internal functionality. JT Developments are a full service supplier and can, by using associate tradesmen, manage a project from groundwork through to interior fitting out, should the client so request. This they did for us and we are most pleased with the result. Payments were made in instalments to an agreed schedule. Payments were made for materials and/or labour already in evidence on site. JT Developments are skilled builders with many years experience in the industry, but more than this, they are kind hearted people driven by the desire to do best quality work and leave behind only happy clients. Amazing value and trustworthy.

Dave, Stu, Malc and their team where very professional throughout the project to build our extension.  They always did their best to ensure that the project didn’t interfere too much with our daily with lives. They kept us informed of all parts of the build throughout and the project was completed on time and on budget. The lads always cleared up after themselves and left the property tidy at end of each day. 10 out of 10 from us. And would definitely recommend them.     Jon and Jen
